Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are calculated by the website as part of the checkout process and your Paypal payment will itemise the amount charged.
Upon receipt of your payment we will contact you via email to arrange for a convenient delivery day. Due to the transportation of live fish we require that you are available to receive your order at the shipping address and immediately able to place them in a tank.
Royal Mail Special deliveries should arrive between 7:00am and 1:00pm and Special Courier deliveries between 7:00am and 10:00am.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on Sundays and Mondays or when night time temperatures are expected to go below 3 degrees.
Deliveries will be made to the shipping address specified in the Paypal payment.
We can only able to take orders to shipping addresses within the UK.
We guarantee that your order will be received within 28 days, however we aim to deliver orders within 2 to 7 days.
Midlands Malawi’s do not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Midlands Malawi’s do not store or process any credit card details. This is handled by Paypal’s Secure Payment Processing.
All returns must be within 28 days of receipt and in the condition in which they were sent. Returns are to be posted at the customers own expense and must be packaged appropriately (with heat packs) to ensure they survive the journey. Failure to do so may result in no refund.
Exception: Fish that are received dead on arrival should be digitally photographed in the original packaging and emailed email@example.com. We are then happy to provide a full refund. We are unable to provide refunds for fish that have died after being taken out of the packaging.
All refunds are to the value of the fish being returned and exclude all shipping charges.
